THE SKY PSA TECHNOLOG

The Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) allows the continual supply with nitrogen in a purity of up to 6.0/1.0 ppm (residual oxygen) and delivery quantities of 0.50 - 10,000.00 Nm³/h.

The technology used by SKY is based on the adsorption principle with a carbon molecular sieve. The absorption procedure separates the nitrogen molecules from the oxygen molecules. With this technology and the special INMATEC procedure, both the continual production of nitrogen and the desired nitrogen purity of up to 99.9999% is ensured.

THE SKY MEMBRANE TECHNOLOG

The proven INMATEC membrane technology allows the continual supply of nitrogen up to purities of 99.5%. The capacities of these generators are between 014 Nm³/h and 10,000.00 Nm³/h.

In the membrane process, water vapour, oxygen, nitrogen, noble gases and carbon dioxide diffuse through the hollow fibre membrane at different speeds depending on their molecular structure. Oxygen and nitrogen are separated in the membrane based on their different diffusion grade. The pressure and quality determine the purity of the product here.
